  • Payment information: processed securely through our third-party payment providers (see Section 4); we do not store full card details on our servers
  • Communication records: emails, WhatsApp messages, and call records related to your booking

  • Process and confirm your booking
  • Coordinate service delivery with our transport partners

  • Google Maps Platform: when you use the address search on our booking form (see Section 5)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment information

After you accept your quote, payment is made through a secure payment link from a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay) or by bank transfer. These providers handle your payment details directly under their own privacy and security policies; we do not have access to or store your full card or bank account details.

5. Address search

When you type a hotel or address into the pick-up or drop-off field of our booking form, the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching places. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and website usage data

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our website. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect certain website functionality.

7. Data retention

Booking and communication records may be retained for a reasonable period after service completion to handle any follow-up queries or disputes.
