Held by the hour
The car stays yours for the block you booked, through the meeting, the site tour or the lunch that runs on, and is ready when you come out.
Service · Hourly chauffeur
Book the car and chauffeur for a block of hours instead of a single journey. The chauffeur waits while you are inside and drives on to wherever you name next, so a roadshow, a round of site visits or a full day of meetings takes one booking, not one for every leg.
Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

Planning the hours
An hourly booking works well when the block matches the day. Here are four ways people use a car by the hour, and what to tell us about each.
| The day | What it looks like | What to put in the request |
|---|---|---|
| Roadshow | Back-to-back meetings with investors or clients at several offices, often to a tight timetable. | Each address and meeting time in the notes, a first pickup early enough for the first meeting, and a margin at the end in case the last one overruns. |
| Site visits | Construction sites, plants, warehouses or properties, some of them well outside the centre. | Every site address in full, roughly how long you expect to spend at each, and how many people and bags are coming, so the class has room for all of them. |
| A day of meetings | Appointments across town with gaps too short to go back to the hotel, and a plan that may move during the day. | The first address as the pickup and the last as the drop-off, the start time, and the number of hours. The stops in the middle can be settled as you go. |
| A long layover | Hours between flights spent in the city instead of the terminal, for travellers whose passport, ticket and the country’s entry rules let them leave the airport. | Both flight numbers, the time your onward check-in closes, and enough hours to be back at the terminal well before it does. |
If the day may run past the block, say so when you ask for the quote rather than on the day itself.
Why by the hour
The car stays yours for the block you booked, through the meeting, the site tour or the lunch that runs on, and is ready when you come out.
The chauffeur works from the plan in your notes and takes the stops you add on the way, within the hours booked. The booking desk is on WhatsApp 24/7 when a meeting moves.
A professional chauffeur, suited and briefed on the booking before the first pickup, stays assigned to you until the last drop-off.
The class sets the service: First Class brings a senior chauffeur and bottled water. The vehicle is chosen separately, and an SUV or executive saloon gives more room for a working day, while a team of five to seven fits a van in any class.
A day for your own staff or for a visiting client can be billed to a corporate account, and the ones that recur can be set up as standing bookings.
Going from one address to another and staying there? A point to point transfer is the simpler booking: a single run, quoted in full, with no hours to plan.
How it works
Send the day as you see it now; the stops can follow the plan as it changes.
Choose Hourly chauffeur in the form. Put the first address as the pickup and the last as the drop-off, add the date and start time, and use the notes for the number of hours and the stops you already know.
A full quote follows, usually within two hours. It reflects distance, vehicle class, add-ons and any late-night, public holiday or short-notice charges, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
We send a quote. Once you pay online, by payment link or bank transfer, we will confirm the service and share your voucher.
The chauffeur collects you at the time on your voucher, then stays with you for the hours booked and goes where you direct.
Questions
It is a private car and chauffeur booked for a set number of hours rather than for one journey. Between stops the car stays with you, so a busy day needs one booking instead of a string of separate rides.
Yes. The same chauffeur is assigned to you for the whole booking, and is briefed on it before the first pickup.
Yes. Within the hours booked, the chauffeur goes where you direct. Put the stops you already know in the notes when you book, and if the plan shifts on the day, the booking desk is on WhatsApp 24/7.
Yes. An hourly booking is at least 2 hours. The car can go wherever you direct within the city or emirate you booked; travelling outside it carries an additional charge, which the quote shows before you pay.
Count from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including the time you spend inside, then add a margin, because meetings overrun and traffic varies. If the day might run past the block, say so when you ask for the quote.
Yes, if you are able to leave the airport. Whether your passport, your ticket and the country’s entry rules allow it is for you to check with the airline and the official immigration website before you book. Give both flight numbers in the notes and book enough hours to be back at the terminal well before your onward check-in closes; passport control on arrival, and check-in and security on the way back (with exit passport control where the country has it), all come out of the layover as well.
Yes. Tick Corporate account in the extras when you book. If your company has no account yet, apply on the corporate accounts page first: it takes two short steps, and the booking desk then contacts you to open it.
