The wait runs from your flight’s actual arrival time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes may carry an additional charge, so tell the desk on WhatsApp if you are held up.

Meet and greet
Add it when you book: a name board waiting in arrivals, meet and greet at the gate where the airport allows it, and your bags handled from the carousel to the boot.
Child seats
Tick Child seat when you book and it is fitted before you arrive. The form asks for the children’s ages.
The way back, in one booking
Add the return journey to the same reservation. The return pickup is adjusted if the return flight is delayed.

Pick up is the airport and drop off is where you are going. Add the flight number, the date and time, passengers and bags.

Accept a fixed quote
A full quote follows, usually within two hours. It covers everything, including any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Pay and receive your voucher
Pay online by secure payment link or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once payment is received, and your voucher with the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details reaches you 24 hours before pickup.

Land and meet your chauffeur
The booking desk tells you where to meet. Your chauffeur waits 30 minutes from your flight’s actual arrival, and the desk is on WhatsApp 24/7 if anything moves.

Airport arrival transfer questions
What is an airport arrival transfer?
A pre-booked private ride from the airport to your address, arranged with a chauffeur before you travel. It is the arrival half of an airport transfer; the departure is booked the same way.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight number is tracked, so the pickup follows your flight’s actual arrival time rather than the timetable. The chauffeur then waits 30 minutes from that actual arrival.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
30 minutes from your flight’s actual arrival time. Waiting beyond that may carry an additional charge, so if you are held up at passport control or baggage, tell the booking desk on WhatsApp.
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
The booking desk tells you where to meet, and your voucher with the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details reaches you 24 hours before pickup. If anything changes on the day, the desk is on WhatsApp 24/7.
Can I add a child seat?
Yes. Tick Child seat when you book and the form asks for the children’s ages. It has to be requested at the time of reservation, not after the chauffeur arrives, and it is fitted before you get in.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on distance, vehicle class and add-ons such as a child seat, plus any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges. All of it is in your quote, and once you pay the price is fixed. It does not change with traffic or weather.
Can I change or cancel the booking?
Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. Within 48 hours, or for a no-show, full charges apply. A few airports and services differ from this standard policy; the Terms set out the full policy.
