The way it works is the same everywhere: a named chauffeur, your flight tracked, 30 minutes of waiting from your flight’s actual arrival time, and a full quote before you pay. A few airports and services differ from the standard change and cancellation policy, and the Terms set out where.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked, so the 30 minutes of waiting start from your flight’s actual arrival time, not the time printed on your ticket. Waiting beyond that may carry an additional charge under the transport provider’s terms, explained to you before any charge applies, and the booking desk answers 24/7 if your plans change on the day.
Who do I call if something goes wrong on the day?
The booking desk answers 24 hours a day by phone or WhatsApp on +971 56 578 8699, whichever country you are in.
Can a company book transfers for staff in several countries?
Yes. Corporate account billing and recurring bookings cover transfers wherever your team travels.
