Three ways people ask for the same upgrade. Here is what each one actually includes, so you can pick the tier rather than guess at it.
A professional chauffeur: suited, briefed on your booking before you land, and assigned to you for the whole journey. Available by the hour when you need the car to stay with you between meetings.
A name board waiting in arrivals, meet and greet at the gate where the airport allows it, and your bags handled from the carousel to the boot. Pairs with airport assistance from Universal Airport Assistance where fast-track lanes are available.
First Class is our flagship saloon with a senior chauffeur and bottled water on board. Business is an SUV or executive saloon with the luggage room a family or a golf bag actually needs.

Choose by passengers and luggage. Economy takes 1 to 3 passengers with 2 to 3 bags, Business 1 to 4 with 4 to 5 bags, First Class 1 to 3 with 3 to 4 bags, and Group 5 to 7 with 6 to 8 bags. Every one is private, never a shared ride.
No. Every vehicle is a private hire for your party alone, with a professional chauffeur.

Declare it when you book. The Group van has space for oversized luggage and sports equipment, and Business has room for a family’s bags or a golf bag.
Chauffeur service is the same chauffeur throughout, by the hour if you need it. VIP adds a name board, meet and greet where the airport allows it and your bags handled. Luxury is the vehicle: First Class or Business.
Yes. Tick Child seat when you book and the form asks for the children’s ages. It has to be requested at the time of reservation, not after the chauffeur arrives, and it is fitted before you get in.
