How quickly will I get a quote?
Quotes are typically shared within two hours of your request. On high-demand dates or for last-minute requests there may be a slight delay, and the team keeps you informed.
What should I have ready?
Your pickup and drop-off, the flight number for an airport transfer, the date and time, and the number of passengers and bags. Anything else goes in the notes.
Can I call instead of filling in the form?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp +971 56 578 8699, or email booking@mailuaa.com, and the desk takes the details from there.
What if my flight changes after I book?
Tell the booking desk as soon as you know, with the new flight number, date, time and terminal. Under the standard policy, changes are accepted up to 48 hours before your flight; a few airports and services differ. If your arriving flight is simply running late on the day, the chauffeur tracks it and waits 30 minutes from your flight’s actual arrival time; still tell the desk the new time.

Our offices in Dubai, Kochi and Manama are registered addresses. Nothing is booked in person; every booking is made online.
