Which terminal will I arrive at in Delhi?
T3, if you are flying in from abroad: every international flight uses it. Domestic flights are spread across all three terminals, and IndiGo and Air India split theirs by flight number, so two flights on one airline can use different buildings. Send us the terminal on your boarding pass with the quote request.
Do I need to fill in India’s e-Arrival card?
If you are a foreign national or an OCI cardholder, it applies to you, and doing it before you fly saves time at T3. The Bureau of Immigration says the card can be submitted online in the 72 hours before arrival, on its own site or at indianvisaonline.gov.in, or through the Indian Visa Su-Swagatam app. It records arrival details only and does not replace a visa.
How long will my chauffeur wait if immigration at T3 is slow?
Thirty minutes, counted from your flight’s actual arrival time rather than the scheduled one. Waiting beyond that can carry an additional charge, so if the queue looks long, message the booking desk on WhatsApp and keep your phone on. Indian nationals and OCI cardholders who fly often can enrol in FTI-TTP and use the e-gates instead of the counters.
What happens if fog delays my flight?
We track the flight, so the 30-minute wait starts when it actually arrives, not when it was due. The airport says fog is common from mid-December to February. The airport has CAT IIIB instrument landing systems, and aircraft can land with as little as 50 m of runway visibility but normally need more than 125 m to take off, so departures tend to be held longer than arrivals. On a foggy morning, check with your airline before you leave for a departure.
I land at T3 and fly on from T1 on a separate ticket. Do I need a car?
Not always: the airport’s free inter-terminal shuttle covers that trip, and it is the sensible choice if you travel light and have time in hand. On separate tickets you first clear immigration and customs with your bags, then collect a free shuttle coupon at the kiosk near Pillar 10 by showing your onward boarding pass. A car earns its place when you are a family, carry heavy or awkward bags, land in the small hours, or have little margin before check-in closes at T1. Book it as a terminal-to-terminal transfer with both flight numbers: the chauffeur times the pickup to your arriving flight and the desk keeps an eye on the onward one.
Can I take the metro into Delhi instead?
Yes, from early morning until late evening. The Airport Express Line stops at T3 and takes around 25 minutes to New Delhi Railway Station, according to the airport. It does not run overnight: the airport lists the first trains at 4.45am from both Dwarka Sector 21 and New Delhi, and the last at 11.15pm from Dwarka Sector 21 and 11.30pm from New Delhi. DTC buses run around the clock from T3 arrivals. The metro suits a light traveller staying near the line; a pre-booked chauffeur suits a small-hours landing, heavy luggage or an address away from the line.
Can I book a car from Delhi airport straight to Agra or Jaipur?
Yes. A run from the airport to an address in Agra or Jaipur is quoted like any other arrival, on distance and vehicle class, with any expressway tolls on the way either included in the quote or shown in it as an extra. Agra is roughly 215 to 235 km away and Jaipur roughly 255 to 290 km, depending on the road, so tell us exactly where you are staying. Later legs of the trip, such as Agra to Jaipur, are booked as separate point-to-point runs.
How do I book, pay and change a booking?
Send the form with your flight number, terminal, address and bags, and a full quote usually follows within two hours, with any late-night, public holiday or short-notice charges already in it. You pay by secure payment link or bank transfer, and the booking is confirmed once payment arrives. Under the standard policy you can change or cancel up to 48 hours before your flight, less any costs already incurred; inside 48 hours full charges apply, and a few airports and services differ.
