Your quote is built from the distance, the class and vehicle your party needs, any add-ons, and any late-night, public holiday or short-notice charges. You see it in full before you pay, and nothing is charged until you accept it. Tolls, where your route has them, are either included or shown in the quote as an extra, and heavy traffic does not change the quoted price.

Yes, a round trip airport transfer can be booked in a single reservation covering both the outbound and return leg. Return pickup time is adjusted if the return flight is delayed.
Yes, a child seat can be added during booking and is fitted in the vehicle before the passenger arrives. This must be requested at the time of reservation, not after the chauffeur arrives.
The flight is tracked, so the 30-minute wait starts from your flight’s actual arrival time, not the time on your ticket. If you are moved to a different flight, tell the booking desk as soon as you know; it answers 24/7.
Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. Within 48 hours, or for a no-show, full charges apply. A few airports and services differ from this standard policy; the Terms set out the full policy.
