Starting at the airport
An hourly booking can begin at Dubai International or Al Maktoum, with your flight tracked as it would be for a transfer.
Outside Dubai
If your day may include another emirate, say so in the request and the desk will tell you whether it can be part of the booking. A return to Abu Dhabi is most of a day by itself.
Which vehicle
The vehicle is chosen for passengers and bags, and the class for the service. Four people with luggage for a full day is a different car from two people between meetings.
When you ask for the quote, tell us roughly where you are going, roughly how long, and whether the day might overrun. The more the request matches the real day, the better the quote fits it.

Is waiting time charged separately?
No. With an hourly booking the waiting is the booking: the car and chauffeur are yours for the block, whether you are moving or in a meeting.
Can the chauffeur take us to more than one address?
Yes. As many stops as the day needs, and the route can change while it is happening, as long as it stays within the hours booked.
What if the day runs longer than booked?
Tell the chauffeur or the booking desk as soon as you know. The desk will tell you whether the booking can be extended, and additional charges may apply.
Can we start at the airport?
