Service · Point to point

Point to point transfer any address to any address.

One journey, two addresses and no flight: a hotel to a conference venue, one office to another, your door to the railway station, or one city to the next. Each run is quoted in full before you pay, and the way back can join the same reservation.

Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

At a glance

What a point to point transfer includes

  • Pickup and drop-off at any two addresses, with no airport at either end.
  • A full quote for each run before you pay, with nothing charged until you accept it.
  • An Extra stop on the way, added when you book.
  • A private car, never shared, sized to the party and the bags, in the class you choose.
  • At a hotel or a home, the chauffeur waits 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Changes and cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service under the standard policy, less any costs already incurred; a few services differ.

Which booking

Point to point, hourly or an airport transfer?

Most journeys by road fit one of three kinds of booking. Two questions decide it: is there a flight at either end, and does the car need to stay with you?

Where people use it

Journeys that have nothing to do with a flight

01

Hotel to venue

A conference, a wedding or a dinner across town: one car from your hotel to the venue’s door. If you need the car again afterwards, an hourly booking keeps it with you.

02

Office to office

A meeting at a client’s building, or a team moving between two sites. If one hop turns into four in a day, an hourly booking saves arranging each of them.

03

To and from the station

Your hotel to an early train, or the station at the far end of the line to your address, bags and all. Pick a collection time with some slack after the train is due, and stay reachable by phone or WhatsApp on the day, telling the booking desk straight away if the train is running late.

04

Dubai to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Al Ain

Sharjah starts where Dubai ends to the north-east, and the emirate of Abu Dhabi lies to the south, its capital a motorway run down the coast. Al Ain is inland, in the emirate of Abu Dhabi; Visit Al Ain, its official tourism site, puts the drive from Dubai at about an hour and a half, depending on traffic and where in Dubai you set off. On the longer runs, Business gives more room and more luggage space.

05

Delhi to Agra

On the usual route, most of the distance is the Yamuna Expressway, about 165 km from Greater Noida to Agra. At the far end, petrol and diesel cars are not allowed within 500 m of the Taj Mahal, so the last stretch from the Shilpgram (Eastern Gate) or Western Gate parking is on foot or by the battery buses and golf carts that run from there.

06

Kochi to Munnar

Munnar sits in the Western Ghats, and Kerala Tourism puts it about 120 km from Ernakulam Junction, with the hills around it between 1,500 and 2,500 metres, so the last part of the drive is a winding climb. Book a fresh run for the way back, or if you move on elsewhere.

How it works

How a point to point transfer is booked

No flight number is needed: the form asks for the two addresses and a time.

  1. 01

    Send both addresses

Choose Point to point in the form. Enter the pickup and drop-off in full, and the pickup date and time in local time where the car collects you.

  2. 02

    Add a stop

Tick Extra stop and give its address.

  3. 03

    Receive and accept your quote

A full quote follows, usually within two hours. It reflects distance, vehicle class, add-ons and any late-night, public holiday or short-notice charges, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

  4. 04

Confirm your service and receive your voucher

We send a quote. Once you pay online, by payment link or bank transfer, we will confirm the service and share your voucher.

  5. 05

    Be ready at the pickup

Your chauffeur arrives at the time on your voucher, so have the bags down and ready by then, whether that is at a hotel, a home, an office or a venue.

Questions

Point to point transfer questions

What is a point to point transfer?

It is one private journey between two addresses, with no airport at either end, quoted in full for that run. Typical trips are a hotel to an event, one office to another, an address to a railway station, or a run between two cities.

Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. Tick Extra stop and write its address in the notes, with what it is for, such as collecting a colleague or dropping off a parcel. The stop is priced into the quote with the rest of the run. For a day of several stops, or long spells inside, an hourly booking fits better.

What is the difference between point to point and an hourly chauffeur?

Point to point is one run: you are driven from one address to the other and the booking ends there. An hourly chauffeur keeps the car and chauffeur with you for a block of hours, waiting while you are inside and going wherever you direct next.

Can I go from Delhi to Agra to see the Taj Mahal?

Yes, as a single run from your Delhi address to your hotel in Agra. Check the day first: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays, and it opens 30 minutes before sunrise and closes 30 minutes before sunset, so work the pickup time back from when you want to be at the gate.

Is the train a better idea between cities?

Sometimes, yes, for one or two people travelling light. The Taj Mahal’s official site names the Shatabdi, Rajdhani and Taj Express among the main trains linking Delhi and Agra. In the UAE, Etihad Rail passenger trains between its Dubai and Abu Dhabi stations were scheduled to start on 30 September 2026 (the position in September 2026), so check its own site for the current timetable. A car earns its place with heavy luggage, children, a group, an early start or an address far from any station, and a ride to or from the train is a point to point booking too.

Do I need a flight number to book?

No. Point to point needs only the two addresses and the pickup time. If one end turns out to be an airport, book an airport arrival or departure instead, so the flight number goes into the booking and the flight is tracked.
