We provide pre-booked private airport transfers between terminals, homes, hotels and offices. We are Dubai-based, and we operate worldwide through our parent company, Universal Airport Assistance.

Universal Airport Transfer is operated through Universal Airport Assistance, our parent company, by Universal Travel Assistance LLC in Dubai (trade licence 1802842). The service is available across multiple countries and airports, and any airport not on our list goes in the quote the same way.
Every airport transfer includes a price fixed once you pay, a named chauffeur and flight tracking for both arrivals and departures. Vehicle options run from sedan to SUV and van, and add-ons include child seats, extra luggage space and additional stops.
Nothing is booked in person. Every booking is made online, through the booking form, WhatsApp or email, and the booking desk answers 24/7: a real person, in any timezone.

Your terminals or addresses, the flight number, the date and time, passengers and bags. It takes under five minutes.

Accept a fixed quote
A full quote follows, usually within two hours. It covers everything, including any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Pay and receive your voucher
Pay online by secure payment link or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once payment is received, and your voucher with the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details reaches you 24 hours before pickup.

Meet your chauffeur
The booking desk tells you where to meet, and it is on WhatsApp 24/7 if anything changes.
