How a point to point transfer works

Send both addresses
Choose Point to point in the form and give the pickup address, the drop-off address, and the date and time.

Accept a fixed quote
A full quote follows, usually within two hours. It covers everything, including any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Pay and receive your voucher
Pay online by secure payment link or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once payment is received, and your voucher with the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details reaches you 24 hours before pickup.

Ready at pickup
Your chauffeur arrives at the time on your voucher and waits 15 minutes from it.

Four classes of vehicle, chosen on passenger count and luggage. Every one is a private hire with a professional chauffeur, never a shared ride.

Economy
The standard fare. A clean, air-conditioned saloon for one to three travellers with a checked bag each.

What is a point to point transfer?
A single fixed-price run between two addresses with no airport involved, such as hotel to office, city to city or venue to station.
Can I book a return?
Yes. Point to point is one-way or return, and the return goes in the same booking.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. Add an extra stop when you book and it goes in the quote.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at a hotel or home. Waiting beyond that may carry an additional charge.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Choose by passengers and luggage. Economy takes 1 to 3 passengers with 2 to 3 bags, Business 1 to 4 with 4 to 5 bags, First Class 1 to 3 with 3 to 4 bags, and Group 5 to 7 with 6 to 8 bags. Every one is private, never a shared ride.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on distance, vehicle class and add-ons such as a child seat, plus any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges. All of it is in your quote, and once you pay the price is fixed. It does not change with traffic or weather.
Can I change or cancel the booking?
Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. Within 48 hours, or for a no-show, full charges apply. A few airports and services differ from this standard policy; the Terms set out the full policy.
