How an hourly booking actually works

The difference between an hourly chauffeur and a series of taxis is that nobody leaves.

You choose the block

A start time and a number of hours. If the day is likely to run long, say so when you request the quote rather than on the night.

The car is yours for it

The same vehicle and the same named chauffeur for the whole block. Bags and coats stay in the car between stops instead of coming with you.

Waiting is part of it

Time spent waiting outside a meeting is time you have already booked. There is no meter running and no charge for standing still.

An address added or dropped mid-afternoon is simply where the car goes next, as long as the day stays within the hours booked.

If the day runs past the block, tell the chauffeur or the booking desk. Additional hours are charged at the rate quoted, and never as a surprise afterwards.

Starting at the airport An hourly booking can begin at Dubai International or Al Maktoum, with your flight tracked as it would be for a transfer.
Outside Dubai A block of hours can include a run to another emirate, but say so in the request: a return to Abu Dhabi is most of a day by itself.
Which vehicle The class is chosen for passengers and bags. Four people with luggage for a full day is a different car from two people between meetings.

Is waiting time charged separately?
