Passport control
Dubai International runs smart gates that many passport holders can use, and staffed desks for everyone else. Queues are longest when several long-haul flights land together, which at DXB is most often between 5am and 9am.

Baggage and customs
Your 30 minutes of waiting runs from the moment the flight lands, so the time spent at the belt counts towards it. If you are held up, message the booking desk: it answers 24 hours a day, and your chauffeur is told.

Meeting your chauffeur
Your confirmation voucher carries the chauffeur's name, the vehicle and the exact meeting point for your terminal, so you are not searching an arrivals hall for a stranger with a sign.

The price was fixed when you paid. There is no meter, no surge and no charge for traffic, whatever time you landed.
Which terminal are you arriving at?
Terminal 1
Most international airlines arriving in Dubai use Terminal 1, at Concourse D.
Terminal 2
Terminal 2 sits on the opposite side of the airfield, about a 15-minute drive from Terminal 1, and handles flydubai and a number of regional carriers.
Terminal 3
Terminal 3 is the Emirates terminal, and the largest of the three. Concourses A, B and C connect to it.
Check the terminal on your ticket before you travel: at Dubai the terminals are far enough apart that arriving at the wrong one costs a separate drive.

How long will the chauffeur wait at Dubai airport?
Waiting is 30 minutes from your flight’s actual arrival time. The flight is tracked, so a delayed landing does not use up the wait.
How much is a Dubai airport transfer?
Every journey is quoted individually. You receive a full quote, usually within two hours of your request, including any late-night, public holiday, short-notice or toll charges, and the price is fixed once you pay.
How do I pay?
Online, by secure payment link or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your flight. Costs already incurred are deducted, and a few airports are non-refundable; the Terms list them.
Which vehicles can I book?
Four vehicle classes, from a sedan to a van. Tell us the number of passengers and bags and we will quote the right one.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. The flight is tracked, so the pickup moves with it and the 30-minute wait starts from the time you actually land, not the time you were scheduled to.
What if passport control and baggage take longer than 30 minutes?
Tell us. The booking desk answers 24 hours a day on the phone or WhatsApp, and passes it to your chauffeur. Waiting beyond the 30 minutes can carry an additional charge, as the Terms set out, and a passenger who cannot be reached at all is treated as a no-show.
